How do I contact you?

You can reach out to us by email at camparimerch@canarymarketing.com, and we will be happy to assist with all questions regarding your online shopping experience.

What are your customer service hours?

We are happy to assist you during our business hours of Monday - Friday from  9am - 5pm PST. Weekend inquiries will be answered in the order of receipt on Monday (there is no need to resend as we answer the oldest messages and emails first).

How long will it take to get my order?

We are committed to producing and fulfilling orders within 3-5 business days from the time an order is received during non-holiday periods.

How will I know if my order shipped?

When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping notification email that includes your tracking number.

What shipping carriers do you use?

All shipments will be shipped via UPS ground. This should arrive in 3-5 business days or longer if delivering to a remote location within the US.

What if my tracking number shows that my package was delivered, but I did not receive it?

We suggest checking your mailbox, porch, mail room, etc. Please make sure the address entered on our site matches the address on your shipping notification. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do you offer international shipping?

As of right now, we only ship within the U.S.A.

Please note that all items are final sale.

What if my product arrived damaged?

We apologize for the inconvenience! We are committed to packaging shipments in the best possible way to fully protect the content; however, in very rare instances items can be damaged while in transit. In such cases, please email our customer support team at camparimerch@canarymarketing.com and provide a photo of the damaged goods. We will look into it further.
